8k time trial this morning.and i overslept.damn scary lah.tio i would not make it in time.so wanted take taxi.but almost every taxi that pass by hired or they on the other lane.Zzz so in the end wait for a taxi until my bus came.lucky was nt last.guangyan even later.lol and i still sms telling him i might be late2nd running like 8k.41 min so sucky.my pb is like the others pw.damn must train harder liao. haiz bt whole of next week busy with thimun.so cant train.and it when trng will become harder and tougher yet i cant go.haha but also scared my heart cannot take it sia nvm just train when i am free next week.if nt following week stamina and everything sure drop to zeroooo the following week mid-d long dist camp.but its a trng camp as well.hope it works out well.main outline shld be out alr.so yeah then november will end just like that.haha left one more month of the holidays lah.time seems to fly eh Tag Replies: Bryan: whr gt lah.ur 3.3k so imba.haha Zzz rly will niao u.i think he think u more pro than him lah.
