Damn it i sprained my ankle once again.and this time its serious lahwth man.cant run tis sat or fri time trial liao.so sim u should be hapy.u confirm got place for 800m liao.XD not like if i could run,u wouldnt get lah.u so imba. Today for sabbatical also stir alot.thx mao for stirring most of it.i slacked :P but i did my part lah. and it was raining the whole morning.stuck in the run with the super cold aircon was freezing lah. pity the tennis people.they damn sway.rain so cannot play,only theory.fri rain again their min competition also gone. Training was siao lah.had to do 600-200 after run 600 rest 3min run another 200 then can rest 5 min.had to do 5 sets was friggin tiring lah.i gave up on some of my runs.siao de lor. the sun so hot and mon 15by200 i haven fully recover. then had to play with medicine ball.and since the field was wet,it turned dirty and yucky.damn sickkk and before soccerwe realise field had a hole which contained larva of maggots(or flies maybe) wtf man.they were like crawling all over.and we play soccer bare-footed.so yeah bt still damn gay lah.maggots leh.they are scary. sleeping early tonight.damn tired.short post :D |
